Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

RV Site Refund Policy:
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more in advance of arrival will receive a full refund minus any booking fees.

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Reservations cancelled less than 3 days before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
 

RV Site Monthly Reservation Refund Policy:
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one week’s stay. Reservations cancelled less than 14 nights before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

 

RV Parking/Vehicle Storage Refund Policy:

Refund will be issued for any pre-paid rent if tenant provides a 30-day notice of intent to vacate before the next month’s lease renewal.

 

Regardless of our park policies, we will comply with any applicable refund/cancellation laws.
