Park Rules and Community Policies:

All guests must abide by the Park Rules and Community Policies. If any of the rules or policies are violated, guests may be asked to vacate the lot without a refund.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the rules and policies of the park without notice.



GENERAL PARK RULES & POLICIES

Damages and Risk
Guests and visitors use the park at their own risk. Guests and visitors are responsible for any damages caused by their negligence. Park management will charge guests and visitors for any expenses related to damages to the property caused by their negligence.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 2 PM PST. Check-out time is 12 PM PST. Early check-in is typically not permitted. Late check-ins may be allowed at management’s discretion.

Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in the park.

Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.

Smoking
We prefer that guests do not smoke in the park. However, guests are allowed to smoke within their RV site. Any guest seen smoking outside of their site, will be charged a $50 smoking fee.

Storage
Storage is not allowed under or around your vehicle or on common areas.

Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent and on the main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and incoming RV guests.

Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register and receive a parking pass. Overnight visitors may be subject to a fee. Visitors may not bring pets. Pine Ridge RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

Generators:
The use of generators is not permitted in the park.

General Cleanliness:
Guests must keep their area and their vehicles clean and free of leaks. Management reserves the right to set the standards for space appearance.

Trash Disposal and Recycling
Dumpsters are available in the park. Do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

Drones
Drones are not permitted in the park.

Clotheslines
Clotheslines are not permitted in the park.

Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in the park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes, but is not limited to: sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

 

PET RULES AND POLICIES:

General Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed if approved by park management. You may have one pet at no additional cost; 2nd pet will incur a one-time $25 fee per stay.

Park guests shall be liable to and hold harmless Owner/Agent for all damages and expenses incurred by or in collection with their pet(s).

Leash
Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets not on a leash will be removed from the premises by local authorities.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Guests will clean up after their pets. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a fee of $50 and/or you being asked to leave the park without a refund.

Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in the park.

Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs the community. Excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Additional Pet Rules:
Dogs: Dogs must be housebroken. Guests represents and warrant that the dog has no history or propensity for violent actions. The dog shall weigh no more than 40 pounds.
Cats: Cats must be neutered. Guests must provide an appropriate litter box and maintain it in a clean, sanitary condition.
Birds: Birds shall always be kept in their cage.
Fish: The water container for fish shall not be over 10 gallons.


ELECTRICAL USE AND BILLING:

The meter in your space is a private meter installed by the Park and not by a utility provider.

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Any costs associated with repairs caused by your negligence, will be billed to you.

Electricity consumption is typically billed on a kilowatt-hour rate (kWh) for guests staying 30 days or more. The meter in your space is a private meter. The park has installed this meter to monitor electricity consumption. This meter was not installed by PGE and PGE does not monitor the consumption or set the kilowatt-hour rate (kWh). We reserve the right to set the kilowatt-hour rate and we reserve the right to make changes to this rate at any time with a minimum 30-day notice. At the time of this notice the kilowatt-hour rate set for the park is ___________.

 

VEHICLES RULES AND POLICIES:

RV Sites
RVs must not be more than 20 years old.
Management reserves the right to make exceptions to this rule based on the physical appearance and operational condition of the vehicle.

Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave the park.

Parking
Each reservation is permitted to park a maximum of two vehicles per unit. All vehicles must be licenses and operational. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking pass. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, and inoperative vehicles shall not be parked on RV Sites.
Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, and inoperative vehicles may be stored on a Storage Space with manager approval.

No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for. Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites or in tent areas.

Washing
Guests are not permitted to wash their vehicles in the park.

Repairs
Repairs to vehicles are not permitted in the park. Owner has the right to clean the premises of fluids and other discharges from vehicles and to charge such cleaning costs to guests.
