Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund minus a $35 fee will be given if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

A 50% refund minus a $35 fee will be given if the cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.

No refunds will be given if the reservation is canceled 7 days or less ahead of the arrival date.

If only a down payment is taken, the card will be charged the remaining amount for no shows or late cancellations.
