Cancellation Policy

We understand that some trips are just not able to happen due to unforseen circumstances. In order to assist you in the best possible way, we offer three cancellation options:  1) phone call; 2) email; and 3) online.

1. To cancel your reservation by phone, please call us at 304-466-9121.  If you are unable to speak to someone directly, please send us an email.

2. To cancel your reservation by email, please email us at stay@pipestemcamping.com.  You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

3. To cancel your reservation online, please log into your account, find your reservation and "View Details" then click “Cancel Reservation".  Review the cancellation summary that includes the reservation total, the cancellation fee, and at the very bottom, the total refund due.  Once you click “Continue”, you will receive an email where you MUST confirm the cancellation in order to complete the process.

Reservations canceled fifteen (15) or more days in advance of arrival are entitled to a refund of the deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled fourteen (14) days or less of arrival are not eligible.  Any funds not refunded, less the cancellation fee, will be applied to a User Credit account.  You will have 90 days from the date of cancdellation to reschedule your visit and have those funds applied to your new reservation. You may reschedule your stay anytime within the 365 days of your original arrival date.  Rescheduled stays are not eligible for a refund if cancelled. We do not give refunds for early check-outs for any reason

No Cancel/No Show visits are not eligible for rescheduling.
