Refund Policy

Daily and weekly reservations require fifteen (15) or more days advance notice in order to receive a refund of their deposit.  Monthly reservations require at least one month's notice to receive a refund of their deposit.  Refunds for cancellations with less fourteen (14) days or less notice will only be give for special circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.  In lieu of refunds, campers may request a credit to be applied to their account for future use.

Once refunds requests are processed in our system, you will receive an email notification.  After this point, we have no control over the time it takes to receive your refund.  Refunds can anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, or longer depending on how your bank processes these deposits into your account.

No refunds are giving for:

• No Calls / No Shows
• Late Arrivals
• Leaving Early
• Evicted Campers
