Cancellation Policy

Cancellations occurring 14 days or more days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit.  Cancellations must be made in writing, by email, to admin@plantationoaksresort.com.  Early departures, for any reason, are not eleigible for refunds.  Special requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are at the discretion of the resort.
