The Plantation RV Trailer Park Saraland AL 251-675-5511 Rules & Policies

 

Read This Information- Trailers must be currently registered & maintained in good condition & we must approve any Trailers over 15 years old.

 

Rates -ALL RENT IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.  Past due rent will be charged & payable at daily rack rate. Late Fee: $35. If monthly power bill exceeds $150, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

 

Trailers - One unit per 30amp or 50 amp site, one family per campsite. Do not change sites without approval, otherwise site will be considered abandoned. Wash cars at carwash. Rubber sewer ring is to be connect to sewer. Proper legal electrical hookup is required no exceptions. Any damages to roofs or windows must be repaired in a timely matter. No graffiti allowed.

 

Damages-The Guest is responsible for all damages of property & will be charged accordingly

 

Quiet Hours- 10PM until 8AM. Please be kind & considerate of your neighbors. No loud music in Trailers, Tiny homes, Cottages or Cars that can be heard or disrupt other tenants.

 

Children-under 18 are the responsibility of their parents/adult guardian & are not to be left unattended to roam the park.  Please supervise their activities at all times.

 

Vehicles- Two per site. Must Parked on own site. Must have current tags & operational. Vehicles that are not registered will be towed at owners expense. Speed limit is 5mph. No Auto repairs allowed on property. No oil changing allowed on property.

 

Visitors- Including friends & relatives must register with office before entering park.  They may be subject to an additional person charge- check with office. Anyone in the park who is not registered will be considered trespassing & will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

 

Trash- Is to be placed in plastic bags & deposited inside dumpster, not beside or behind it. Trash cans & bags are not permitted to be kept outside the site at any time. Non-household items dumped in dumpster or park grounds will be subject to $100 fine. Check with Front Desk for Pickup days. No Construction allowed in and around site without approval.

 

Yards- Lots are to be kept clean & clutter-free at all times.  No pools, trampolines, swing sets, basketball stands, etc.,  allowed without approvals. No electrical appliances(refrigerators, freezers, etc. running outside of of sites, No camp fires. No Firearms/Explosives/Fireworks.

 

Pets- Pets Allowed in park, no aggressive breads, read and sign Pet Rules/Policy.

 

Smoking- only permitted at individual sites only. No smoking at office area or green spaces.

 

Drugs- No Criminal Activities of any sort allowed.  We have a zero tolerance for Drug use & possession.  Violators will be evicted & reported to the Local Police Department & DEA

 

This property is Privately Owned & Management may refuse service, limit length of stay and/or number of persons and/or vehicles & may evict anyone without Refund. We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

RV Park Pet Rules & Policy

At Plantation RV Tailer Park, we welcome responsible pet owners and their furry companions! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we ask that you follow these pet rules and policies.

General Pet Rules

1. Pet Limit: A maximum of [2] pets under 20 pounds each per RV site.

2. Allowed Pets: Domestic dogs and cats are permitted. Exotic pets and aggressive breeds are not allowed.

3. Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet or in a secure enclosure at all times when outside your RV.

4. Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended outside at any time.

Behavior & Noise Control

5. No Excessive Barking: Continuous barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Aggressive Pets: Any pet displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately.

Clean-Up Responsibilities

7. Waste Disposal: Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated pet waste stations.

8. Designated Pet Areas: Pets should be walked in designated pet-friendly areas and not in playgrounds, pool areas, or other communal spaces.

RV & Site Etiquette

9. Tethering & Fencing: No temporary fences, tie-outs, or pens are allowed outside RVs.

10. Furniture & Facilities: Pets are not allowed in restrooms, laundry rooms, or other park buildings.

Health & Safety

11. Vaccinations & Tags: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and wear identification tags at all times.

12. Pet Liability: Owners are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets.

Enforcement & Consequences

13. Warnings & Fines: Violations of pet rules may result in warnings, fines, or expulsion from the park.

14. Final Decision: Management reserves the right to amend these rules and determine whether a pet may remain in the park.

By bringing a pet into the Plantation Trailer Park, you agree to comply with these rules. Failure to follow them may result in removal from the park without refund.
