Terms & Conditions

General:

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM  - Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

1.     Tenants are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their guests and/or pets.

2.     Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Pocono Camp and Glamp (PCG) harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

3.     Pocono Camp and Glamp is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

4.     We reserve the right to immediately evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

5.     All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

6.     Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.

7.     All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

8.     All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort. Please do not place trash on the ground.

9.     DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

10.  Pocono Camp and Glamp is in a natural wildlife habitat area.  All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. Do not feed wild animals.

11.  Open fires are not allowed, please keep all fires contained in the provided fire rings/fire pits and use the safety lid. Extinguish all fires before going to bed. 

12.  For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guests under the age of 14 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.

13.  Guest agrees to leave rental units in a reasonably clean condition and to disclose and pay for any damages incurred during their stay. If the unit is not left clean and without damages Pocono Camp and Glamp may charge an additional cleaning fee up to $125 to the card on file as well as charge for any damages. You are responsible for notifying management if you notice any damages upon check in. 

Safety:

1.     The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.

2.     The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.

3.     Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

4.     Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.

5.     Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.This includes but is not limited to loud music. Please respect the other guests. 

6.     Speed limit on property is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

7.     Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.

Security:

1.      Pocono Camp and Glamp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

2.      We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

3.      Report any problems with your site to our main number, 570-774-5267 immediately. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call our main number 24 hours a day. If you need to call 911 for any reason, please notify us at the main number so the staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

Quiet Hours:

1.     Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.

2.     Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

3.     Profanity or violence towards other guests or Pocono Camp and Glamp staff will result in immediate eviction from park.

4.     Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Pet Policy:

1.     We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or Pocono Camp and Glamp. This includes but is not limited to aggressive dogs, cats, et al. This determination is at the sole discretion of Pocono Camp and Glamp. 

2.     Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. Pets may never be permitted to roam free. 

3.     Pets may not be left outside unattended.

4.     Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.

5.     Pocono Camp and Glamp is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).

6.     Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date and be prepared to provide proof of vaccination. 

7.     Excessive animal noise is not tolerated. Please note that excessive animal noise may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

Cancellations made between 8-14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will not recieve a refund.

No refunds will be given after your reservation start date.
