Change & Cancellation Policy
Process shown below.
Requests after 4 PM (AZ) are considered the next day. Booking fee is non-refunable. Changes & Cancellations requires 4 days' notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund minus your booking fee. If less than 4 days' notice is given, a one-night fee applies in addition to the booking fee. No-show reservations are non-refundable for all missed nights, the date of notification, and the booking fee.
Long-term (27+ days) & group stays require 15 days' notice for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee and the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations within 14 days or during stay incur a $250 fee from your deposit. No pro-rating for monthly stays.
Point of Rocks RV Campground doesn’t offer refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, mechanical issues, voluntary departures, acts of nature, evictions, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds aren’t issued for late arrivals. The booking fee is non-refundable.
CHANGE / EXTEND RESERVATION
To change your current reservation, use our Request Form anytime to avoid additional administrative fees. Changes made In-Person / Over the Phone will have an additional $10 added to the non-refundable booking fee. We do not accept direct emails; you must use the Request Form link provided.
CANCEL RESERVATION
Open any confirmation email from us and click the “Reservation Details” link. Then, select “Cancel Reservation” (three dots or the top right corner). You will receive TWO time-sensitive emails. The first email will initiate the cancellation process, and the second email will complete it. Also feel free to use our Request Form anytime to avoid additional administrative fees. We do not accept direct emails, must use the Request Form link provided.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-show reservations are non-refundable for all missed nights, the date of notification, and the booking fee. Please note that if you arrive after your check-in date, you must adhere to our check-in policy of 1:00 P.M. on the day of your arrival, as there are restricted lanes and traffic.
WEATHER GUARANTEE by Sensible Weather
Weather guarantee is an optional purchase during the reservation process. Sensible Weather will check the weather forecast each day of your stay and will reimburse you up to the daily rate when the official NOAA day-of forecast says it will rain for 1 or more hours between 8 A.M. and 8 P.M. Weather Guarantee cancellation requests can be sent to support@sensibleweather.com. or call (424) 367-1964. You are agreeing to the Weather Guarantee Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by adding to your trip. Sensible Weather will only use your contact information for notifications related to weather on your trip.
REFUND PROCESS
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed back onto your original credit or debit card. No exceptions. Cash refunds are not available for credit card transactions.
