Refund Policy
Point of Rocks RV Campground, Prescott, Arizona
Point of Rocks RV Campground does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature, evictions or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. There are no refunds issued for early departure or late arrival. Booking and monthly application fees are non refundable.
Allow 5-10 business days for a refund to process back into your billing account. All refunds issued by credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
