Ponderosa Pines Family Campground
Policies & Camp Rules
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY.

General:

NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY
NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE CABINS
1. Campers and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by
themselves, their children and/or pets.
2. Camper assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to
hold owner harmless from and indemnify owner against the same.
3. The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or
theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules
and policies.
5. All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival with valid picture ID.
6. Ponderosa Pines Family Campground does not allow the delivery of mail or
packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or
packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
7. All guests must wear Ponderosa Pines wristbands while on property. (Holiday
Weekends Only)
8. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and
appearance.
9. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed
to be unacceptable.
10. Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $25 per
tent, per night.
11. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for
that site.
12. Visitors are welcome at guest sites, but they must first register at the office and
pay a visitor fee.
13. Visitors are permitted to stay overnight.  All overnight visitors are required to
register at the office and pay a $15.00 overnight fee.
14. No parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers is allowed.
15. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
16. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
17. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
18. Clotheslines are not allowed.
19. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
20. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
21. Only 1 RV or 2 tents and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site
unless stated otherwise.
22. No outside firewood is permitted.
23. Lake is catch and release only.

24. All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed dumpster at the entrance of the
campground.
25. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
26. Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on sites.
Storage is available in our storage lot.
27. Drones may not be used at any time on the property.
28. Ponderosa Pines is in a natural wildlife habitat area.  There are coyotes, birds
of prey, bears and reptiles.  All guests should ensure pets and small children
are supervised at all times.
Check-In Time: All Sites: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: All Sites: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Policy:
The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional
fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan
prompt departures. If you are not off your site or out of your cabin by 11am a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.
Early Check-In Policy: The front desk may be able to arrange an early check in.
Additional fees may apply.

Safety:
1. POOL HOURS are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sun-Thurs and 11AM-9PM Fri and Sat
2. No glass containers allowed at the pool.
3. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL AREA, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4. Swimming in the lake is PROHIBITED.
5. Children must obey Pennsylvania helmet rules and regulations.
6. Riding of bike on Hillside drive is PROHIBITED.
7. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
8. ATVS, golf carts, and Dirt bikes PROHIBITED.
9. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
10. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
11. Fires must be contained within the fire ring provided for each site.
12. No cutting down or damaging trees. No chainsaws allowed.
13. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
14. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
15. Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
16. Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Resort.
17. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
18. Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an parent/adult (18 or older) in
pool area.
19. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.

20. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
21. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the
Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
22. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result
in eviction from the resort.

Security:
1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep
your valuables locked up.
2. Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours:
1. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
3. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
4. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
5. Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in
immediate eviction from park.
6. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds
for their stay.
Pet Policy:
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered
suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always
manage all animals.
3. There is a three-pet limit in the resort.
4. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted.  This includes all reptiles or large
birds.
5. All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
6. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
7. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
8. Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
9. Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas.
10. Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury
or damage caused by pet(s).
11. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of
disability or certification for the service animal.

DELLATORRE PONDEROSA LLC dba PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT 

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the activities and programs of DELLATORRE PONDEROSA LLC (Dba PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND), (herein after referred to as (PPFC), including camping, canoeing, rafting, boating, floating swimming, lodging, food services, and other related outdoor activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows: 

1. I understand that the above activities and other related activities carry substantial inherent risks and dangers and that I can receive personal injuries, fatal injuries and property damage. 

2. I understand that the risks and dangers may include but are not limited to, the following; • Walking on unleveled and natural surfaces, Hazards of traveling on a canoe, raft, kayak or other devices used for floating, in normal, rough or flooded river conditions and in variable weather conditions; • Hazards of jumping, diving or being thrown into unfamiliar water with submerged hazards, undercut rocks and logs, rocks and manmade hazards; • Hazards of being pinned against trees, rocks, roots or other objects; • Contact with paddles, helmets, other guests, food boxes, coolers, or other containers or objects • Hazards of walking, riding or biking in rough terrains. • Strains or sprains; fractures or punctures; partial and or total paralysis; death; drowning • Accidents; loss or damage to personal property; slips and falls; • Snake and insect bites, bee stings, allergic reactions to plants such as poison ivy; • Illnesses/viruses, sickness, airborne pathogens, water borne illnesses, pandemics, or any other illness not specifically mentioned •Injuries in remote places without nearby medical attention or facilities; • Failure or lack of communication equipment; • Entrapment in caves; falls or jumps from manmade and natural cliffs or bluffs; • Hazards of entering and leaving the canoe, boat, raft or other floatation device • Hazards of loading or unloading people or materials from vehicles or boats • Hazards of the forces of nature, including wind and lightning; • Falling limbs or trees; • Problems or hazards related to travel by automobile, bus, ATV or any other conveyance • Eye injuries including blindness • Heat Stroke and • Problems or hazards related to consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances by me or others. 

3. I fully understand and acknowledge that all of the risks and dangers involved in my activities while at PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND OR associated to PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND including the above risks and dangers, may be caused by the negligence of PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND, its employees, officers and agents, or it may be caused by the negligence of other participants, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes and that these risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes. PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND accepts no responsibility for determining medical, physical or other suitability of the participant for these activities. I freely indemnify PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND and its affiliates and associates, from any claims related to the above listed items. 

4. By my participation in any activities and/or use of equipment, I knowingly and freely assume all risks known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND or others and assume full responsibility for my participation in any activities provided by PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND and its affiliations. 

5. I willingly agree to comply with the terms and conditions for participation in any activity or service provided by PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND. If I observe any unsafe activity during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and immediately bring same to the attention of the nearest agent or employee of PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND. 

6. By participating in or attending, any activity or service provided by PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND, whether on or off the premises, I consent to the use of my photographs, pictures, film or videotape taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television, websites or any other use and expressly waive any right to privacy, compensation, copyright or other ownership right connected to same. 

7. Consumption of even small quantities of alcohol and drugs may/will impair judgement and reduce a participant’s ability to effectively manage the risks of water travel, camping, lodging and land activities. 

8. Participants on or near the water should always wear a fastened personal floatation device (Life Vest); participants should wear footwear which will provide protection from sharp objects and which will minimize the risk of foot entrapment. I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors and subrogees, hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS DellaTorre Ponderosa LLC their directors , officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims actions, causes of action, liabilities law suits, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity including, but not limited to NEGLIGENCE or any kind or nature whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activities or the use of these services, or equipment whether such damage loss, injury , paralysis, or death results from negligence of PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND or from some other cause from my heirs, successors, my executors, subrogates and myself further agree not to sue DELLATORRE PONDEROSA LLC (Dba PPFC) or its affiliates as a result of any injury, paralysis or death suffered in connection and my use and participation in the activities of PONDEROSA PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND. If any part of this agreement is found by a court or other appropriate authority to be invalid, the remainder of the agreement nevertheless shall be in full force and effect. 

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY.
