Guests Responsibility: All guests are responsible for their conduct and that of their guest, children and pets as well as for any damages resulting from their actions. All guests of Portageview RV & MH Resort who stay at any site or use any of the facilities, does so at their own risk.  is Portageview RV & MH Resort is not responsible for injuries or damages of any sort for any reason. All guests of Portageview RV & MH Resort agree to release Portageview RV & MH Resort and its family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property, and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the Portageview RV & MH Resort facilities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Portageview RV & MH Resort, its family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees against any and all claims of any type.

Speed limit: 5 mph  

You agree to NOT allow Grub Hub, Door Dash, or any food delivery drivers to enter the park. 

Quiet time starts at 11 p.m.

Maximum 2 vehicles per site. 

Guest must be registered 

Absolutley no vehicle maintenance done at campsite

Pets must be kept on a leash and owners must clean up after them. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Do not leave pets unattended outside your site. If your dog is agressive keep them inside.

No loud music

No children on motorized devices.

No Clothesline.

Vehicles and RV'S must be presentable. No motorcylces or trucks without quiet mufflers.

No RV or vehicle washing on site unless monthly.
