RULES APPLICABLE TO SHORT-TERM RV RENTALS:

CHECK IN is at 2PM. With advance notice we may be able to accommodate an early arrival if the site is available.

CHECK OUT is at 11AM. All personal items must be removed from the site when you depart. Guests will be charged a $50 site clean up fee (on their credit card on file) if personal items or trash are left on the site. If you leave the property without settling your fees due, we reserve the right to immediately charge your designated payment method for all fees, expenses or damages. You will be emailed a receipt to your address on record.

UTILITIES: Utilities (water, electricity) are included for all short-term rentals only.

INSURANCE. Licensee agrees to carry RV & vehicle liability insurance and comprehensive insurance and current vehicle registration during the term of this document. Licensee will furnish proof of insurance to RV Park for both personal and recreational vehicles.

ASSIGNED SITE: Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue POSADA DEL SOL MHP LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POSADA DEL SOL MHP LLC from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that POSADA DEL SOL MHP LLC may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. POSADA DEL SOL MHP LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
