Cancellation Policy

Presnell's Vacation Resort & RV Park, Port St Joe, Florida

  • $25.00 cancellation fee
  • We must be notified of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund on your deposit (minus the $25 cancellation fee)
  • Holiday Reservations: Full payment, and No Refunds
  • No Refund for any Cancellation after 14 day notice requirement
  • No Refund for any cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival date
  • No Refunds for a shortened stay after initial check-in
  • No Refund due to cancellation of scallop or fishing seasons
  • Must notify office of any discounts to be applied prior to arrival
