Refund Policy

14 days prior to arrival for nightly and weekly reservations and 30 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations. Cancellation of a reservation after the 14 or 30 day requirement result in NO REFUND. After the remaining balance has been collected 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation/RV Park charge is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is NO REFUND for Holiday reservations; for a shortened stay after check-in.   Must notify office of any discounts prior to arrival. There is a $25.00 fee for any cancellation.
