Cancellation Policy

Stays less than 28 Nights:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations of 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

Stays longer than 28 nights:
Cancelling your reservation from the day of arrival to 30 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund.
Cancellation 31+ days in advance of your arrival will recieve a full refund minus a $25/$50 processing fee.
