Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change sometimes. To ensure fairness for both guests and the resort, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 8 days (or more) prior to your arrival date:
  We will issue a full refund for your reservation.

• Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to your arrival date: You have the option to choose between a 50% refund or a 100% credit towards a future stay at Provo River Resort. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival date or No-Shows: While we strive to accommodate last-minute changes, cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
