RULES & POLICIES:
General:
• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves,
their children and/or pets.
• Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold
Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
• The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any
personal property or vehicle.
• We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and
policies.
• All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
• Punch Lake Campground does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any
guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered
to a third-party location for pickup.
• All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance
and less than 15years old, or prior approved at owners discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be
unacceptable.
• Tent camping is not permitted only RV’s with a nfpa1192 or ansi119.5 approval.
• Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed 6 if less all are immediate family.
• Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm, but they must
first register at the office.
• All campsites have two parking spots for your use, do not park in the roads or in other
campsites. If additional parking space is needed there is an overflow parking lot
by the trash dumpster
• UTV’s and golfcarts are allowed but must have stock exhaust and follow the same rules
as a street automobiles
• All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
• Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
• There is no subleasing of campsites allowed
• All trash is to be in a trash bag and disposed of in our dumpster
• DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
• Drones or other flying machines may not be used at any time on the property.
• Punch Lake Campground is surrounded by the Northern Highland State Forest.
Wildlife such as deer, fox, coyotes, birds, porcupines, and reptiles are present and
all guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

All Sites: 4:00 PM
Check-Out Time:
All Sites: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Policy:
The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if
available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests,
please plan prompt departures.
Safety:
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE LAKE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the campground.
• The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
• Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
• Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
• Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
• Speed limit on property is 15 mph.
• No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
• Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
• Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort,
including golf carts, scooters, UTV, etc.
• Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) will result in
eviction from the resort.
Security:
• Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your
valuables locked up.
• Management does do patrols and maintains security cameras for safety
• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Please be courteous to other guests around you.
• Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
• Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
• Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate
eviction from park.
• Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for
their stay.
Cancelation policy:
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 fee.
Reservations cancelled Between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 nights before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to
sue Punch Lake Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property
damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property.
Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Punch Lake Campground from all
losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Punch Lake Campground
may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Guest further agrees
to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Punch Lake
Campground reserves the right to remove any lodger, occupant or guest who is subject to a
lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, 2 pets max per camper unit, pets must be on a leash,
cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner.
Management reserves the right to restrict/remove disruptive or aggressive pets.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package
components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances
beyond our control.
Punch Lake Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to
any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any user, guest, camper or group of campers for
any cause.
