Cancellation Policy

Q View RV Park Cancellation Policy (For When Plans Go Sideways):

We understand that sometimes the best-laid camping plans go awry. 

• 14 days or less before arrival: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. At this point, we've probably already mentally assigned your site to someone else and started prepping the tiny soaps. Consider it a non-refundable deposit on future good karma.

• More than 60 days before arrival: You're on top of things! You'll receive a camp credit equal to 50% of your deposit. Just remember, camp credits are like unicorns – magical, but sometimes hard to find when you actually need them. (We'll keep track of it for you, though.)

• Stays of 30 days or more: For extended stays, no refunds are offered. You're practically part of the Q View family by now, and we all know how family gatherings can be…complicated.

• All cancellations must be received in writing (email is perfectly acceptable) and confirmed by our office. Please don't try to cancel via carrier pigeon. They have enough to worry about.

We appreciate your understanding. We'd rather see you here than not, but if you must cancel, we hope this policy makes the process slightly less painful.
