Q View RV and Propane, Quartzsite, Arizona

Site Usage & Responsibility:

  • No Subleasing: You may not sublease your RV site.
  • Payment Responsibility: Rent payments are non-transferable.
  • Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.
  • Pet Policy:
    • Please clean up after your pets immediately.
    • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the designated dog park.
    • Ensure your pets do not create excessive noise or barking.
  • Site Maintenance:
    • Keep your site clean and tidy.
    • RV washing and maintenance are not permitted on-site.
  • Utilities:
    • The park is responsible for utilities up to the site connections. After connection, you are responsible for all utility usage and any related issues.
  • Septic & Waste Disposal:
    • No dumping of wastewater except when properly hooked up to site facilities or at the designated dumping station.
    • Ensure proper slope for septic hoses to prevent spills. You are responsible for cleaning any spills.
    • Do not flush inappropriate items (Tide soap, disposable wipes, feminine products, etc.) down the drains.
  • Dumpsters:
    • Dumpsters are for registered guests' daily use only. No business or visitor use is permitted.
    • Large items must be taken to the local dump. A $50 fee will be charged for any items the park must dispose of on your behalf.
    • Flatten boxes before disposal.
    • Do not park in front of or block access to dumpsters.

Parking & Vehicles:

  • Parking Restrictions: Do not park in presumed empty sites or any other site without explicit management approval.
  • Vehicle Repairs: No vehicle repairs are allowed within the park without prior management consent.
  • Vehicle Documentation: All vehicles must have current registration and insurance.
  • Abandoned Property: Items left at the park for more than 30 days without paid site usage will become the property of Q View RV Park.

General Conduct:

  • Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 MPH.
  • Signage & Solicitation:
    • No "For Sale" signs without written management consent.
    • No soliciting is permitted.
    • Keep signs and banners to a minimum and be respectful of others' opinions.
  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from [Start Time] to [End Time].
  • Restrooms & Laundry: Laundry and bathroom facilities are for registered guests only. Please inquire at the office for quarters.

Facility Issues & Emergencies:

  • Report Issues: Report any out-of-order facilities to the office promptly.
  • On-Site Death: In the unfortunate event of a death on-site, you consent to allow management to move all belongings as needed to clear sites and maintain park operations.

Liability & Assumption of Risk:

  • Use at Own Risk: You agree to use the park at your own risk and will not hold Q View RV Park liable for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney's fees.

If you are staying longer than 89 days, you will be considered a long term resident and will be required to sign a long term contract.
