Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, No Shows and changes in Reservations 

• Cancellations completed prior to 3 days to arrival date are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee, remainder of reservation will be refunded 
• Cancellation of reservation not prior to 3 days of reservation will be subject to a fee equivalent to one-night’s stay plus tax. 
• No shows and late arrivals will be charged the full rate plus tax for the first night.
• Unscheduled extensions to stays are subject to availability. Site requests are welcome, but requests for specific sites are not guaranteed unless locked in through quailridgerv.net
• No refunds will be issued for any unstayed days of a reservation once customer has stayed 1 night.
• We are sorry, but there is NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
• Late departures will be subject to another night stay.
