Quechee Pine Valley Campground - White River Junction, VT
**By signing, I acknowledge the following:** - I agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein and I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quechee Pine Valley Campground AKA Pine Valley Inc. and its officers, agents, employees, from all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims, or liability of any character, type, or description, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing; all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorneys fees for injuries or death to any person or injury to any property received or sustained by any person or persons or property arising out of or occasioned by the acts of Quechee Pine Valley Campground AKA Pine Valley Inc. or its officers, agents, employees, in the execution of this contract. - The campground is not responsible for guest items left after departure. - One (1) vehicle per site. - I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges. - I have read and agree to the Quechee Pine Valley Campground's policies and guidelines as provided online at their website along with the campground site map document. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am and are strictly enforced. - No refunds for early departures - Check-out time is 11 am. Additional fees apply for late check-outs - If bringing a pet I agree to be bound by the Quechee Pine Valley Campground Pet Policy and further acknowledge that the following breeds and their mixes are prohibited from this location: Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull) - I declare that I am not residing at Quechee Pine Valley Campground aka Pine Valley Inc located at 3700 Woodstock Road White River Junction, VT 05001 and agree to vacate the reserved site on the departure date listed in this registration document. - No soliciting or loitering - No parking on grassed areas. Additional vehicles must use guest parking areas and register in the front office and pay the applicable guest fee. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed and/or ejection from the campground at guest's expense. - I understand and agree that any and all guests in my party are my responsibility and must adhere to the Quechee Pine Valley Campground guidelines and policies, register, and pay any applicable fees. - RVs must be model year 2000 or newer and in good, operable condition with an RVIA seal affixed to the unit. Tiny homes, converted buses, homemade RVs, etc. are not allowed unless approved by management - Dogs are the only pets allowed in our cabins (ADA exceptions apply) - I understand that the valet garbage pickup service is only for regular household garbage and that should I decide to leave any items not in compliance with this rule (i.e. propane tanks, awnings, camp chairs, etc.), I authorize Quechee Pine Valley Campground to charge my credit card on file a $50 fee + any additional fees that the local dump charges for disposal of such items. - I hereby grant Quechee Pine Valley Campground aka Pine Valley Inc. full permission to charge any credit card number I submit for the balance due and also for any and all registration, store, and/or incidental charges I incur during my stay and hereby acknowledge that my electronic signature constitutes my authorized signature for any and all receipts for any and all charges incurred during my stay. I acknowledge that I may request copies of all receipts by contacting a member of the Quechee Pine Valley Campground Staff. - Use of golf carts, ATVs, and any other similar vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Campsite Rental- Check-out time is 11:00 am. Check-in time for RVs/Tents is 1:00 pm. Check-in time for Cabins is 3:00 pm. Only one (1) RV and one (1) tow vehicle per site. All other vehicles (including guests) must park at the office or designated guest parking or overflow parking areas as space is limited. Washing of RVs or vehicles is NOT permitted. Watershed laws are in effect. No parking on the grass. Please do not move fire rings. Cutting trees is prohibited. Please leave campsites neat and clean when departing.
Visitors- Campers are responsible at all times for their guests. ALL visitors must register, pay a fee, and receive a car pass. Visiting hours are from 9 am to 10 pm.
Bathrooms- We take pride in our clean bathrooms and showers; please help keep them clean for the next guest. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. NO playing or loitering in the bathroom, laundry, or store areas. Please wash dishes at camp sinks located at upper and lower bathhouses and the laundry room.
Campsites- Please do not cut through other campsites. Clotheslines and dumping gray water on the ground are not permitted. NO holes or trenches may dug on any campsite. No tents are allowed on RV or cabin sites. Only allowed on designated tent sites.
Laundry Facilities- Laundry is open 24/7. Change and detergent are available during business hours in our General Store.
Cabins- Check-in is 3:00 pm & Check-out is 11:00 am. Cooking in Primitive Cabins or on the porches thereof is PROHIBITED. Smoking is PROHIBITED in all cabins. Lighted candles are PROHIBITED in all cabins. Do not leave pets unattended in the cabins AT ANY TIME.
Safety- Bicycles may be used only on the roadways. NO biking after dusk. Kids UNDER 16 must wear helmets. Riding through campsites or common areas/walkways is prohibited.
Quiet Hours- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Alcoholic Beverages- May be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older on their campsite.
Pets- Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owner’s vehicle or accommodations. Do not leave a dog tethered or crated outside unattended. We all love our pets but please be conscious of the campers around you. If your dog is too vocal and/or cannot be controlled
Vehicles- The maximum speed throughout the campground is 5 mph. Use of golf carts, ATV’s, and any other similar vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Swimming Pool- Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or dusk. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS containers permitted in the pool area. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
Recreation Equipment- Banana Bikes and Boats are available for rent. Cushions and vests are available at no charge. Parents must supervise. Children 14 and undermust be accompanied by a parent. Children 14 to 17 must have a parent present at time of rental.
Available at the Store/Office- RV Accessories, Ice Cream, Firewood, Ice, Propane, & More!
In Addition We Will Not Tolerate- Loud noise(s), fighting, abusive language, drunkenness, disturbing others or disturbing business operations, unsafe fire and speeding. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.
Outdoor Mats & Rugs- Mats & outdoor rugs are welcome to be used as long as they are NOT on the grass.
Firewood- DO NOT cut trees or gather wood off the ground or from surrounding woods. Removing and/or gathering trees or wood from the property is prohibited and illegal. Firewood is available at the store for purchase or you may bring your own as long as it complies withVermont’s firewood laws.
