Reservation Cancelation Policy

• 48 Hour cancelation notice prior to the reserved arrival date required for the short terms and 10 day cancelation notice is required for monthly reservations. Full refund will be processed between 5-10 business days. $5 cancellation fee for daily/weekly reservations and $25 cancellation fees for monthly reservations will be charged to cover merchant processing fees and administration fees.
• Daily/Weekly cancellation: The cancellation fee is $5 for daily/ $10 for weekly. The late cancelation fee of $25 will be added with less than 48 hour notification prior to the arrival date. No refund will be made after 12 am on the arrival day.

Monthly cancellation: The cancellation fee is $25 for monthly reservations and the late cancellation fee is $50 for notices less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited for reserving the space for cancellations with less than 10 days’ notice prior to the check-in date.
