Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is 7 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 
• If cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will receive NO refund. 
• No Shows will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
• Refunds will be processed in the same form used to make the reservation.
• There are no refunds after check-in.
• There are no refunds for early departure. 
• Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions.
• Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit that can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year form the date the reservation credit was issued.
• All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used.  No exceptions.
