Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park Policies & Rules:

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN- if you made a reservation before the end of business on the day you arrive there will be an envelope containing a map with your name on our after-hours board. The board is located to the right of the office door. If you made a reservation after our office closed, you can take an “online reservation” envelope. There will be several on the board.

Guidelines For Our Guests’ Safety & Enjoyment:

1.  Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per RV without Management approval.   

2.  Speed limit is 5 MPH, please be courteous to pedestrians

3.  Sites should be kept neat and tidy, without trash and clutter.

4.  Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be courteous to your neighbors.

5.  All garbage must be in a closed container and disposed of in the dumpster. Please break down boxes and make sure to shut the lid. This helps keep the racoons away.

6. Campfires must be contained in a fire pit and out by 11PM.

7.  All pets must be kept on a leash, unless in an approved enclosure. Pets must always be attended when outside. No aggressive pets are allowed in the park. 

8. Pet enclosures are allowed on a case by case basis. They must be approved by management and must be moved for the mowers.

9. All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of.  

10. No fireworks are permitted at the park.

11. Please don’t trim or cut down trees, if there is a problem alert management and we will take care of it.

12. Please don’t park on the grass and move all items off the grass when mowing is taking place.

13. Quilly’s RV Parks are not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

14. RV’s must be in working condition at all times and be kept clean.

15. Decks, sheds, canopies, and any other additions to your site must be approved by management prior to installation. They must be kept in good working condition and repaired in a timely manner if needed.

16. Washing of RV’s, vehicles, and boats is permitted with a sprayer that has a shut off. Seasonal and long term guests are required to wash their RV yearly.

17. We do not allow mechanical work to vehicles or RV’s to be done on site. Some provisions can be made with managers approval. Mobile RV technicians are allowed.

18. Sprinklers are permitted, but please don’t run them for more than 30 minutes at a time.

19.  Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park harmless from and indemnify Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park against the same.

20. No tents allowed. 

21.   WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE such as registered Guests, visitors, and pets FROM Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park who does not comply with the rules and policies. ALL RULES APPLY to ANYONE on the premises of Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park.

22.   Cancellations will be charged a one night penalty fee. Monthly guests must pay first months lot fees.

23. If you leave the park with a balance, your card on file will be charged the remaining amount. 

No refunds will be issued after the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures.

24. All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the park. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

25. Pool and Playground HOURS are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM or until sunset.

26. No glass containers allowed at the pool.

27. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

28. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the park.

29. Monthly guests must follow the 10 year rule. No RV's older than 10 years without management approval. You may be asked to send photos of your RV to management for approval and wash/clean your RV.

30. No window units.

Severe Weather

In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. 

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

 Laundry

The laundry room is open 24/7. Change and Vending available. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.

 Restrooms

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean and alert us if there is a problem.
