Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

• To cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Reservations canceled before the 48-hour time frame will be eligible for a full refund, with the exception of a $20 cancellation fee. However, reservations that are not canceled before the 48-hour notice period will incur a 50% charge of the total cost of their stay. Please make sure to review and comply with this policy when making a reservation with us.

•  STURGIS BIKE WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 3 night deposit for bike week. To cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you provide a 31 day notice. Reservations canceled before the 31 day time frame will be eligible for a full refund, with the exception of a $20 cancellation fee. However, reservations that are not canceled before the 31 day notice period will incur a 50% charge of the total cost of their stay.
