Red Desert Rose RV Campground – Terms & Conditions 

1. General Conditions 

● All guests, tenants, and visitors ("Guests") must comply with these Terms & Conditions upon entry. 

● All Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by themselves, their children, pets, or visitors. 

● Red Desert Rose Campground, its owners, managers, and employees (“Park Management”) are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or equipment while on the premises. 

● Entry into the Park constitutes acceptance of these terms. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. 

2. Registration & Check-In 

● All Guests must register at the Office upon arrival and provide valid identification.

● Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM 

● Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved by Management and may incur fees. 

3. Site Usage 

● Maximum occupancy per site: 8 persons overnight, 12 persons during the day.

● Only 1 RV and up to 2 other vehicles per site. Additional parking is available for a fee.

● Tents allowed only with an active RV reservation, max 2 tents per site.

● Sites must be kept clean, orderly, and free of debris at all times. 

● Trash must be disposed of in designated containers. Do not leave trash out overnight. 

● No storage or parking of boats, trailers, or jet skis on site unless arranged through the designated storage area. 

4. Prohibited Activities 

● No loud music, yelling, or disruptive behavior. 

● No firearms, fireworks, slingshots, paintball, or air guns. 

● No maintenance or washing of vehicles or RVs on-site. 

● No chemicals, paints, or hazardous substances may be used. 

● No clotheslines or items hung from trees. 

● No glass at pool or public areas. 

5. Quiet Hours 

● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM 

● Respect your neighbors. Repeated disturbances may result in eviction without refund. 

6. Vehicles & Driving 

● Speed limit throughout the property: 5 MPH

● Licensed drivers only. This applies to all vehicles including golf carts, scooters, electric bikes, and bicycles. 

● No blocking roads or fire lanes. 

● All vehicles must be in good repair and appearance. 

7. Rental Equipment (RV, Golf Cart, E-Bikes, etc.)

Guests may rent equipment from Park Management subject to the following conditions: 

● A separate Rental Agreement must be signed and liability waiver acknowledged before use. 

● Valid government-issued driver’s license and proof of insurance (if required) must be provided. 

● Equipment must be operated safely and only on approved grounds. 

● Guests are financially responsible for all damage, misuse, or loss during the rental period.

● No operation of rental equipment while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

● Any violations or misuse will result in immediate termination of rental and possible eviction. 

8. Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging 

● EV charging stations are available for registered Guests only. 

● Charging is at your own risk. Red Desert Rose is not liable for any vehicle or battery damage. 

● Do not leave vehicles unattended while charging beyond full charge.

● Any damage caused to EV stations or property due to misuse will be charged to the Guest. 

9. Pool & Splash Pad 

● Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 

● NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY — USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

● No glass, alcohol, or pets allowed in pool areas. 

● Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. 

● Proper swimwear required. No diapers in pool (swim diapers only). 

● Disorderly behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction. 

10. Wildlife & Nature 

● The Park is located in a natural area with local wildlife including coyotes, birds of prey, and snakes. 

● Keep pets and small children supervised at all times. 

● Do not feed or approach wild animals. 

● Use caution when hiking or walking in undeveloped areas. 

11. Mail & Deliveries

● We do not accept guest mail or packages. Please use a local mail service or P.O. box.

● Any unauthorized deliveries will be refused or discarded. 

12. Pet Policy 

● Maximum 3 pets per site. 

● All pets must be registered, leashed, and never left unattended. 

● Aggressive or excessively loud animals will not be permitted. 

● Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets immediately. 

● Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings or amenities. 

● Service animals are permitted under ADA regulations. 

13. Visitor Policy 

● Visitors are allowed from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM only. 

● All visitors must register and pay a $10 fee per vehicle. 

● No overnight visitors without prior approval from Management. 

● Guests are responsible for their visitors’ conduct and compliance.

14. Damage & Liability

● Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Red Desert Rose Campground, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, or losses arising from their presence or activities on the property, including the use of Park-owned rental equipment and facilities. 

● Any damage caused by a Guest or their party will be charged to the card on file or billed directly. 

● Management reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery. 

15. Termination & Eviction 

● Management reserves the right to evict any individual(s) without refund for:

○ Failure to comply with these terms 

○ Criminal behavior or illegal substance use 

○ Threatening, abusive, or violent conduct 

○ Nonpayment of fees or damage charges 

16. Security & Emergencies 

● For any emergencies, call 911 immediately. 

● Report non-emergency concerns to the Camp Office or Park Host. 

● Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Keep all valuables secured.

17. Cancellation & Refund Policies

Daily/Weekly

• Reservations cancelled at least 11 days before arrival will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 11 days before arrival receive no refund.
• Cancellation after arrival/no shows receive no refund.
• Reservations which include the following holidays receive no refund regardless of notice given: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.

Monthly

• All reservations of one month or longer, will forfeit the $200 prepayment.
• Cancellation after arrival/no shows receive no refund.
• Reservations which include the following holidays receive no refund regardless of notice given: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.

18. Acceptance of Terms 

By entering the property, Guests acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, and further agree to comply with posted signage and all verbal instructions from staff.
