Red Raider RV Park Rules 2024

Park Address – 7322 County Road 6100, Shallowater, TX 79363

Check in time starts at 1 PM, check out time by 11 AM. Fee is $40 nightly, $50 weekend, $200 a week or monthly rates are available. To qualify for monthly rates a min of one month fee is required before move in. For monthly guests Electric meters are read at the end of each month, and you will be billed for the electricity your space uses along with the monthly rent. Bills will be sent on the 1st of the month and payment is due by the 5th. If rent is not received by the 5th of the month, there will be a $10.00 a day late fee assessed, the full payment is required by the 10th of the month, no exceptions.

If your bill is not paid by the 10th, your electric will be turned off and you will be required to vacate the property.

RV spaces are expected to be kept clean and neat, free of trash and loose items that can blow in the West Texas winds. Any structures or additions added to or around the RV has to have prior approval from the park management. Your water hose and sewer hoses are to be in good condition no tears or leaks are acceptable. Sewer hose has to have the “donut” or “L” on the end do not just push the sewer line in the drain hole. It is your responsibility to make sure your RV is winterized with heated water hose along with either wrapping your filters or remove it so they do not freeze and bust during freezing temperatures. There is no subleasing of your RV in the park. No soliciting in the park. Place your outside rugs or patio furniture on the concrete pad only. Do not put any holes in the concrete pad. There are garbage dumpsters for disposal of trash please break down large items before putting in dumpster. Dispose of cigarette butts and cigars in the proper way not on the ground. Do not leave glass items to blow away and break on the park grounds and cause accidents. Red Raider RV park is not responsible for theft, loss, or damaged items at the park.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOU, YOUR FAMILY, OR GUESTS OF YOURS ARE STRICTLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ANY WHERE IN THE PARK. RED RAIDER RV IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR BODYILY INJURY OR INJURIES CAUSED BY YOU OR ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WITH YOU OR GUESTS OF YOURS. THE REGISTERED PERSON THAT SIGNS THESE RULES WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE OR BODILY INJURY OR INJURIES CAUSED.

PET RULES

We do not allow aggressive dogs no matter what the breed. All dogs are required to be on a leash when outside the RV no exceptions. You are to be in control of your pet(s) at all times. It is your responsibility to clean up your dog poop no matter where you are in the park. $25 FINE INCURED PER INCIDENT THAT MAINTENCE HAS TO CLEAN UP SIGNIFICANT PET REFUSE AFTER FIRST WARNING. Park Maintenance works all the time to keep the park neat and clean and we would appreciate it if you would do your part also. Pet(s) are not to be left outside after quiet time barking disturbing others in the park. RED RAIDER RV PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR INJURIES CAUSED BY YOUR PET(S) TO OTHER PET(S) OR HUMANS IN THE PARK. ALL EXPENSES INCURRED FOR DAMAGES WILL BE THE REGISTERED GUEST THAT SIGNS THESE RULES RESPONSIBILITY.

DRIVING IN PARK

Speed Limit in the Park is 10mph

Watch for guest walking and children playing. When parking at your RV space be courteous to your neighbor and do not park on the grass. It is prohibited to work on your vehicle for an extended period of time. Please clean up leaks on the concrete oil or gas and let the park office know. We live in an RV park be kind to your neighbors shining lights in the windows and when you start your vehicle keep it as quiet as possible. Please turn the bass down on your stereo system in your vehicle when you come in the park.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Time in the park is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Please be courteous to others in the park if you come in during these hours keep music down or off when driving in the park and vehicle quiet as possible. No loud music outside or objectionable noise is allowed during these times. Inconsiderate registered guest with complaints could be ask to leave the park.

Laundry Mat and Bathhouses

Both facilities are strictly for the use of RV Park guests only. You are responsible for making sure you take care of them and keep both clean and neat after you use them. Be considerate and kind to others that are wanting to use them. The code is not to be give to any person other than RV park residents. Rv Park not responsible for lost or damaged items. Any items left in laundry facilities longer than 24 hours will be subject to removal and disposal.

PLEASE BE KIND AND COURTEOUS TO OTHER GUESTS IN THE PARK AT ALL TIMES. RED RAIDER RV PARK HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DENY SERVICES TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME. If you are not following the rules and are acting in an unacceptable manner to other park guest that are in the park you could be ask to straighten up immediately and correct the problem. If you chose not to do that you will be asked to leave immediately and vacate the property with no refunds. Red Raider RV Park has the right to ask for and run a background check for anyone in the park over 18 years of age.

If you fail to comply with any of the rules are ask to leave there will be no refund of any money and you must vacate immediately.

Cancellation Policy

We will be happy to provide a full refund of payment minus a $10 processing fee if there is notice of cancellation at least 7 days from the reservation start date. If it is within 7 days of your reservation date there will be no refund provided. Thank you for joining us at Red Raider RV Park.
