Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering RedRock RV Park in Island Park, Idaho for your summer vacation plans. Our RV Park is only 22 miles from Yellowstone National Park. We are 5 miles off Hwy 20 on Red Rock Rd, sometimes known as Red Rock Pass Road, in the beautiful Centennial Valley, surrounded by forested mountains near Henry's Lake. You will find many things to visit and do around us in a quiet, natural setting. Visit our extensive website at www.redrockrvpark.com for information about our park and the area surrounding.

Check-in time is from 12PM-6PM (May and September) and 12PM-8PM (June thru August).  The check out time is 11AM. The departure date is the day you leave, not the last night of your reservation.  You could be charged an additional day if you check out later than 11AM.  Please check with us if you have a problem with leaving prior to 11AM, we may have people waiting to park in your site.

Tiny Home guests, check-in time is 4PM to 8PM.  No Pets Allowed in Tiny Home if a pet is discovered, you will be asked to leave with no refund.  

Amenities - Our sites are full hookup (sewer, water, and 50/30/20 Amp electrical). Most of our sites have fire rings, please do not bring your own wood, this is a request from the Forest Service. Some sites have large concrete patios with built in fire rings. We offer a pickle ball court, a large, covered patio with a gas fire ring for your family or friends’ get-togethers. There are pull-thru sites and back-in sites that vary in size from 25' to 80' in length. We don't have cable TV, but your satellite TV will work great here. There is T-Mobile or Verizon wireless (4G), and we offer free Wi-Fi.

Pets - We welcome your well-behaved pets if you keep them on a leash and pick up after them while in the park. There is plenty of room for them to run outside our park or in our fenced dog park.  Pets must not be left outside while guests are away from the RV Park.  We have a few employees that will walk your dog for a fee while you are gone for the day, arrangements can be made at the reservation desk.

Additional Fees:

Guest per reservation: Two guests are included in the nightly charge, which ranges from $75.00 to $121.00, depending on the site you choose. Please note when reserving a site that we charge $5 per day for each additional adult and child over 4 years old. 

Parking: All vehicles must fit on your site gravel pad up to 2 vehicles.  Any vehicle that does not fit must use overflow, there is a $3 per day charge for all vehicles in overflow, (UTV's are not considered as vehicles).  

Tent Add ons:  Only one tent per site, all tents must be placed on the gravel, nothing should be placed or parked on the grass. Including but not limited to cars, side-by-sides, motorcycles, canoes, carpets, trailers, tents. Additionally, please do not tie anything to the trees.

If you wish to put a tent on your site, there is an additional charge. Please let us know when you make your reservation. 

Lock fee: If you would like to guarantee a specific site number for your stay, we require a Non-Refundable Lock Fee of $100.00.

Parking - Each site allows parking for one RV and one vehicle (this does not include UTVs). Additional vehicles must be parked in overflow parking. We do not allow parking on the grass at any time. We welcome your UTVs as there are plenty of trails accessible directly from our park. We have many sites that will accommodate long trailers.

Cancellation - We recognize that plans change, but there needs to be some limits to avoid depriving others from staying with us. For RV and tent sites, we require a two-night deposit plus a $5.00 booking fee to secure your reservation. If you cancel prior to 15 full calendar days before your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded your deposit on your credit card, minus a $30 cancellation fee per site. If you are within that 15-day time you will forfeit the entire deposit. Reservations made for 30 or more days require a $350.00 non-refundable deposit.  

Monthly Specials require a 25% deposit, the balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date, both are non-refundable. The deposit does not include the 8% state tax nor the extra charges for additional guests and extra vehicles. If you wish to change (not cancel) your reservation within the 14 days prior to your arrival, we will accommodate you, if possible, up to 48 hours before arrival, but you will forfeit your deposit if you were to cancel the second stay. It must be at least the same number of days and within the same season. If you wish to reduce the number of days this must be done 14 days prior to your arrival. At this time, you will be responsible for your entire stay that we have held. Please note that we cannot refund any payments if you decide to leave early after check-in. If you have paid the $100.00 fee to lock in your preferred site, it is non-refundable no matter when you cancel.

For the Tiny Home, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you cancel prior to 30 days of arrival, we will refund your full payment minus a one-night stay. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your payment.
