The 7 day window.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled stay, a fee of $10 is charged for each site and the remainder refunded.

If you cancel with less than 7 days before your scheduled stay you forfeit the entire booked amount.

No shows forfeit their entire booking amount.
