By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Revive Resorts - Kenorus Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revive Resorts - Kenorus Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Revive Resorts - Kenorus Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. 

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly park, but pets must be on a leash at all times while out of customer’s equipment (rv,tent, etc), cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, and the park is not liable for any injuries or incidents caused by pets or wildlife.
Our park is rustic by design and wildlife is a part of that rustic feel, for that reason we encourage pets and pet owners alike to be mindful of their surroundings.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Revive Resorts - Kenorus Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

Cancellation Policy

-14 days or prior to arrival:  Guests will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable reservation fee.
-7 to 13 days prior to arrival:  Guests will receive 50% refund, minus the reservation fee.
6 days or fewer prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.

Reservation Fee:  Non-refundable reservaton fee is charged at the time of booking and is not included in any refund
Modifications:  Changes to reservation dates or campsites may be made without a fee, provided they are requested 7 days prior to arrival and subject to availability.

 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
