Thank you for visiting our campground. These rules and policies help to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit.

SITE ASSIGNMENT NOTICE - ALL SITES ARE ASSIGNED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITE NUMBERS OR ADJOINING SITES.

**RESERVATIONS DO PROVIDE FOR THE TYPE OF SITE (Ex. 30 amp, 50 amp, pull through etc.)

OFFICE HOURS The office is open 8:00 am to 7:00 pm during Peak Season, except for 11 AM to 12:00 PM where we close for cleaning) ; Hours are subject to change outside of Peak Season.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT Check in is 1:00 PM or later MST. Check out is by 11 am MST. Early check-in is dependent upon availability and additional fee may apply; please call ahead.

VEHICLES – Please keep vehicles clear of roadways. These need to be clear in case of emergency. Additional parking is available in the visitor parking area.

TENTS - Tents are not allowed in RV sites

QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Any music to be kept at a reasonable sound level at all time, and turned off at 10:00pm. For any concerns, please contact the office or call 575-756-2303 or 911 for any emergencies after 10:00pm.

GENERATOR use is not permitted unless there is a power outage.

CAMPFIRE PITS & BBQ Grills – Fires are only allowed in contained areas. FIRES MUST BE PUT OUT NO LATER THAN 11 PM.

RECYCLING AND GARBAGE Please leave your site as you found it. Dispose of all garbage in dumpsters located on the grounds.

SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in any camp buildings. To avoid causing a fire, please extinguish in a proper container and not on ground. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or fire pit. Ash cans are available at the office.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Moderate Drinking is allowed within your own campsite. We are a family campground and intoxication will not be tolerated.

LOST AND FOUND Please return all found items to the park office.

PETS Well behaved non aggresive breed pets are welcome in the park providing they are on a leash at all times and that waste is picked up and properly disposed. Please do not leave your pets unattended. Max of 2 pets per site.

PICNIC TABLES Each site is provided a picnic table. If you combine tables it is your responsibility to move the picnic tables back.

GUESTS Must register at office and must vacate campground by 10 pm (Please refer to map for Visitor Parking)

SPEED LIMIT Speed Limit is 5 mph PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.

Reservations for less than 30 days stay:

• Cancellation >30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, booking is refundable less $35 fee.
• Cancellation between 8-30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of booking total is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 7 days or less to your arrival date, the full booking is non-refundable.
• RVing/Camping is an outdoor experience. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure, including if due to discomforts of nature or any adverse weather conditions.
• Requests to change scheduled arrival date may be accommodated one time based upon availability and management approval.
• No shows will forfeit all fees paid.

Reservations for 30 days or longer (long-term/extended stay)

• Minimum deposit of $1,000.00 or 30 day rate (whichever is the lesser amount) is required at time of reservation or minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations >60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, deposit is refundable less $35 fee.
• For cancellations 60 days or less from scheduled arrival date, deposit is non-refundable.
• Payment of first 30 day/monthly rate is due on or before the scheduled arrival date. Deposit will be applied only to the final balance of reservation.
• There will be no refunds due to late arrival or early departure from reservation.
• No shows will forfeit all fees paid.
