Cancellation Policy

• All canceled reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Daily and weekly reservations can be canceled up to 48-hours prior to a scheduled arrival date and will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. Daily and weekly reservations canceled outside of the 48-hour window will forfeit their entire deposit.
• Monthly reservations can be canceled up to 30-days prior to a scheduled arrival date and will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. Monthly reservations canceled outside of the 30-day window will forfeit their entire deposit.
