Rising Sun Campground Rules and Policies

* Check-in is at 2pm eastern time. Check-out is 1pm eastern time. There may be a fee required for early check-in.

* Everyone must stop to register and get camping tags at the time of arrival. Additional tents on an electric and water campsite will be subject to a primitive camping fee. Camping fees include 2 adults and kids under the age of 18. $10 fee for additional adults in a camper.

SPEED LIMIT IS 5MPH!!! Violators will be asked to leave!
QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. All campers must be at their own campsite.
ALL VISITORS MUST STOP AT THE STORE AND REGISTER! No exceptions.
Registered campers are RESPONSIBLE for the conduct of their children and visitors, REGARDLESS OF AGE.
One person at the campsite must be at least 18 years old and shall remain for the entire stay!
ALL PETS must be on a leash and be cleaned up after. DO NOT leave them unattended, tied, or caged outside of your camper/tent.
Rude or offensive language, behavior and displays will not be tolerated.
NO firearms or bow and arrows permitted.
NO FIREWORKS allowed on campground property!
RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL USE. Excessive alcohol use, disruptive behavior, and/or property damage involving alcohol is unacceptable.
DRUG use and intoxication is NOT tolerated.
NO POLITICAL signs, banners or flags of any kind.
Campfires may only be in an area where a fire ring is provided, the fire ring is NOT to be moved for ANY reason!
DO NOT destroy wildlife, trees, or damage property. Leave your campsite the way you found it.
NO GENERATORS
Glass bottles are not permitted in the campground.
ALL gray water is to be emptied in the designated dumping station.
NO OFF ROAD VEHICLES.
All motorized vehicles must be of licensable type and the operator must have a valid drivers license. All vehicles/golf carts must be insured.
NO refunds due to acts of mother nature
