Daily & Weekly Users

Cancelation of Reservation : Cancel within 30 or more days before your arrival date, we will refund booking charges less a service charge of $15 plus bookng fee and site lock and credit card fees if part of reservation, cancel within 15 to 29 days before your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the booking charges. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before your arrival date. Reservations during Holidays: If you cancel within 30 or more days before your arrival date we will refund booking charges less a service charge of $15 plus the site lock fee if part of reservation. There is no refund for cancellations made 29 days or less before your arrival date. There is no refund or cancelations due to weather conditions except as outlined above.

All Cancelations requests need to emailed to management@riveracresrvpark.com so request is time stamped. Upon processing your cancelation request you will be emailed a cancelation letter from management confirming your cancelation request, please allow 5 working days for any refunds. If you do not receive a cancelation letter from us your request has not been processed and you need to follow up with management. Upon request, park will consider applying cancelation funds to a future reservation, on a case by case basis.

Monthly Users

Cancelation of Reservation Prior to Arrival: Cancel within 30 or more days before your arrival date park will refund booking charges and balance of deposit less a $30 cancellation fee plus any credit card fees. If Guest cancels within 15 to 29 days before your arrival date park will refund 50% of the booking charges plus balance of deposit less $30 cancellation fee plus credit card fees. If Guest cancels less than 15 days before Guest arrival date, only the balance of deposit less $30 cancellation fee plus any credit card charges will be refunded.

Cancelation of Reservation After Arrival: There is no refund if monthly Guests leaves prior to monthly reservation check out date which is month begin to month end. Cancel within 30 or more days prior to your reservation check out date park will refund balance of deposit less a $30 cancellation fee , plus any other outstanding fees and electric usage. If Guest cancels within 29 days or less before check out date of your reservation Guest will Not receive a refund of deposit. Guest is liable for any electric use or other fees that are more than the deposit balance up to the date of check out.
