GUIDELINES AND CAMP RULES

Welcome to River Landing RV Park! Our goal is to ensure every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. To help achieve this, we've established some guidelines and rules. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these rules. Management reserves the right to modify them at any time without notice. Please help us keep the park clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.

General Policies:

  • Licensed Vehicles: All vehicles, RVs, and boats must be properly licensed and insured. Management reserves the right to approve all units.
  • Liability: Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss. Guests agree to hold River Landing RV Park LLC harmless from all liability.
  • Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkouts may forfeit their deposit or be charged for half a day. Please pre-register for additional days by 10:00 AM.
  • Parking: Only one camping unit and two vehicles per site. Additional parking arrangements are available. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense.
  • Subleasing: Subleasing of sites or units is prohibited. Site rentals are not transferable.
  • Reservations: We encourage reservations. Specific lot requests are subject to re-assignment to maximize occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations:

  • $25.00 cancellation fee
  • Nightly & Weekly Reservations: 14-day cancellation notice required
  • Monthly Reservations: 30-day cancellation notice required
  • Holiday Reservations: Full payment, 3-night minimum, and no refunds
  • No refunds for cancellations after the 14 or 30-day notice period, shortened stays, or weather-related issues

Customer Responsibility:

  • Guests damaging park property or other guests’ property must make restitution. Any electrical issues caused by an RV that require an electrician will be at the guest’s expense.

Weather Policy:

  • Tropical storms and hurricanes may require mandatory evacuation. No refunds due to weather.

Trash:

  • Garbage pickup occurs every morning at 10:00 AM. To make the process more convenient for you, trash bins have been labeled and strategically placed throughout the campsite. We kindly ask that you ensure all garbage is bagged and disposed of in the appropriate bins. Proper disposal not only helps maintain a clean environment but also ensures that our waste management system operates efficiently. 

Quiet Hours:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Speed Limit:

  • The speed limit within the park is 5 MPH.

Rates:

  • Weekly rates are for 7 nights; monthly rates are typically for 30 nights.

Pets:

  • Maximum of 2 pets per RV site. Pets must be leashed, quiet, and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed in buildings, playgrounds, or pool areas. Aggressive pets are not allowed.

Children:

  • Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and conduct. 

Vehicle Washing:

  • No washing of vehicles, RVs, or boats at campsites.

Fireworks:

  • Fireworks are prohibited.

Clotheslines:

  • No clotheslines allowed. Do not attach anything to trees without approval.

Smoking:

  • No smoking in any campground building. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropiately.

Golf Carts:

  • Respect other campers. Do not drive carts through campsites or common areas.

Valuables:

  • Store valuable items safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Restrooms:

  • Only flush toilet paper provided. Do not flush other items.

 

Campsites:

  • Keep your campsite neat and organized. Fires are allowed only in approved fire pits. Do not tamper with landscaping, electric, or plumbing systems.

Behavior:

  • Rude behavior, public intoxication, nudity, or vulgar language will result in immediate removal without refund.

Fish Cleaning:

  • Do not clean fish at your RV site. 

Picnic Tables:

  • Do not move picnic tables or benches without authorization.

Unlicensed Drivers:

  • Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters. ATVs, mini bikes, dirt bikes, and go-carts are prohibited.

Camper Readiness:

  • Campers must be road-ready. In emergencies, you must be able to move your camper within an hour. All personal property must be easily removable.

Sewer Collars:

  • Required by law for all units. Available for purchase at the ship store.

Outdoor Equipment:

  • No outdoor electrical units, such as refrigerators or air conditioners, are allowed.
