Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking for stays 29 nights or less.

No refunds will be given after the reservation start date for no-shows or early departures.

 

Cabins

For cabin stays less than 5 nights:

• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance will receive a refund minus one night’s stay.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made day of reservation arrival-NO refund

For cabin stays 5 nights or more and cabin stays over holidays:

• Cancellations made 60+ days in advance will receive a refund minus one night’s stay.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made day of reservation arrival-NO refund

 

RV Sites

For RV stays less than 5 nights:

• Cancellations made 14+ days in advance will receive a refund minus one night’s stay.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made day of reservation arrival-NO refund

For RV stays 5 nights or more and RV stays over holidays:

• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance will receive a refund minus one night’s stay.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made day of reservation arrival-NO refund
