• Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
• Quiet Hours: Mon – Fri 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Sat – Sun 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. No
outside visitors after 10:00 p.m.
• Campfires will be allowed only in fire pits unless there has been a fire ban issued.
Propane grills approved unless a burn ban is in effect. Forest Service mandates supersede
park rules.
• Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are for guests only. 
• Illicit drug use, sale, or possession are grounds for immediate eviction. Proper authorities 
will be notified.
• Facilities: For park guests only. Bathrooms, laundry room, and recreation room are open
from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Recreation room may be reserved for private group events with
advance approval from the Manager. Please notify the office if anything in the
bathrooms, laundry room, or if the recreation room needs attending.
• Children: Guests must be responsible for their children.
• Skateboarding and bikes allowed at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to
vehicles or bodily injuries.
• Sites must be kept free of trash and garbage. Sewer must be watertight. Water connection
must not leak. No outdoor clotheslines are allowed. $50.00 for cleaning fee if the site is
left with trash, bottle caps or cigarette butts.
• Parking: One living unit and two vehicles allowed per space. All vehicles must be parked
in such a way that the traffic lanes are not blocked. Check with the office if more than
one vehicle.
• Speed Limit: Please observe the 5 mph speed limit. Watch for children and daydreamers.
• Overnight Guests must register at the office. When Departing please remove all rocks
and boards you have used to brace and block, and remove any materials or coverings you
have used for decks.
• Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpsters provided. Please flatten boxes and
cartons. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the trash.
• 2 Pets per RV. Dogs, cats, and other pets must be under control, on a leash, and attended
at all times when outdoors, and must be kept indoors at night. Please pick up after your
dog. Anyone who does not pick up after their dog, allows their dog to bark continuously,
or lets their dog run unattended will be asked to leave the park.
• Vehicles: Washing or repair of cars or RV's is not permitted anywhere in the park. Do not
park on the grass or between sites. ATV's allowed at only 5 mph throughout the park!
• When using A/C please help us and yourself by keeping all doors, windows, and vents
closed.
• T-shirts, tops, or shirts are required whenever outside.
• No football or baseball games allowed. No blocking traffic lanes. 
• No BB gun, air guns, slingshots, bow and arrows, etc. to be used on park.
• ANY DAMAGE TO PARK WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING 
PARK.
• Smoking prohibited in all park buildings including laundry, office, and pavilion.
• Water Usage: Due to extreme water shortage, please check all water connections for
leaks.
• PLEASE CONSERVE WATER. We reserve the right to refuse service to or evict anyone
for violating any rule. Guests assume all risk of use. We are not responsible for any loss
or injury due to, but not limited to; fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence, or other
acts of nature. This includes, but not limited to, falling tree branches, damage resulting
from wild animals, or intruders to the park.
• You are liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially
responsible for any damage done to park facilities.
• AWNING ALERT: Winds in the mountains can change anytime. We recommend you
NOT leave your awnings extended while you are away.
• Freeze Warning: During winter months be sure to insulate your water lines going to your
RV. Park is not responsible for frozen water lines.
• MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS DUE TO FIRE, THEFT, WIND, 
FALLING LIMBS, BRANCHES OR ACCIDENTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF 
EACH TENANT TO PROCURE BOTH PHYSICAL AND LIABILITY COVERAGE 
FOR THEIR RV AND VISITORS.
The facilities of the park are solely for the use of our guests, and any person using them does so 
at their own risk. River Ranch RV, LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of 
property. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for detrimental behavior. All rights 
reserved.
