Reservations
Reservations are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. Online reservations are available for Daily and Weekly stays. For stays of 28 days or more, please contact our office directly to reserve your spot. All rates are subject to tax and fees. The maximum occupancy per RV site is 6 people for Daily/Weekly stays, and 4 people for 28-day stays. ID's will be required for check-in and must match the name on the reservation and the payment method. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel and receive a refund up to two days prior to your scheduled arrival if your reservation is for two nights or less. If you cancel within one day of arrival, no refund will be given, but the amount paid will be issued as Camp Credit for use on a future reservation within six months. Any Camp Credit not used within this time frame will be forfeited.

For reservations of three nights or more, a three day notice is required to cancel and receive a refund. If you cancel within three days or less of arrival, no refund will be issued, but the amount paid will be applied as Camp Credit for future use within six months. Unused Camp Credit after this period will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for early departures. 

Pet Policy
A maximum of two animals is allowed per RV site.
Per Washoe county ordiance, dogs MUST be kept on leash at all times outside of your rig. 

Below is a list of dog breeds we are unable to accommodate.
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian,
Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, or Wolf Hybrid. Thank you for your understanding.

Included Amenities

All rates include electric, water, sewer,as well as complimentary Wi-Fi,. Please note that Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Satellite coverage is not guaranteed.

Additional Guidelines

  • No tents (including rooftop or truck-bed tents) are allowed at any RV site.
  • All RVs must have factory-installed electric and water hookups.
  • If your RV is over 10 years old, please contact us prior to arrival for approval. RVs over 20 years old are not permitted.
  • RVs that appear to be in poor condition will be subject to inspection. If your RV is not approved, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and you will receive a full refund.
