Riverfront ATV Resort

We do not offer campground credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

 

For Cabin and RV Site Rentals:
3+ WEEKS:

100% of reservation refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee, to the original payment method.

2+ WEEKS:

50% of reservation refunded to the original payment method.

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS:

Full reservation forfeited.

 

Campground Rules

We have established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our resort and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our resort without any form of refund.

 

1. Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM. No radios or music, and no loud voices or loud noises of any type allowed. Report disturbances when the office is closed (828) 755-8091

2. Speed Limit: Resort speed limit is 5 mph. Caution - children appear on roads suddenly.

3. Riding in Resort: ATVs or dirt bikes are restricted to paved, gravel roads and trail systems. While in the Resort, speeding, racing, revving of motors, spinning, doughnuts or riding in the river is prohibited.

4. Parking: Parking allowed in paved or graveled areas only.

5. We ask that you DO NOT Wash ATV's at your campsite. There is a designated wash area that can be used for washing.

6. Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Your cooperation to enforce a 11 PM curfew for minor children will be

appreciated.

7. Smoke Free: Cabins, store and restaurant are smoke free environments. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking in cabins

8. Fires: Fires are allowed in fire rings only. All county and State Fire bans must be followed.

9. Alcoholic Beverages: Display of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.

10. Garbage: Take all garbage to dumpster.

11. RV Sites Only: Pet and guest safety are important to us. Pets must always be on a leash and are not to be left unattended outside. Please be aware that if your pet appears aggressive towards campers or other pets, you will be asked to remove it from the campground immediately. Service dogs are allowed in the store and the bathhouse. Pets must be cleaned up after; if they poop, you scoop. Please use designated area. Pit bulls or any other aggressive dogs are not allowed in the campground.

12.CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check-In 3 p.m./ Check-Out 10 a.m. Check-Out means your Cabin must be vacated by 10 a.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.

13.Showers are requried before entering hot tubs, We understand dirt and mud are part of the fun, however a cleaning charge will be put on credit card on file if exessive mud or dirt are found in  hot tubs.

14. Once again we understand  this is a dirty sport,. If you choose to use our towels to wipe yourself or machine clean, we will charge credit card on file for replacement of damaged item. Bath Towels $25.00, Hand towels $15.00, bath mats $15.00 and wash cloths $5.00

15.The Final "Common Sense" Rule: Just because there is not a rule here forsomething, if we determine that someone is doing something that "isn't right," you will hear from us about it.

 

Liability: Riverfront ATV Resort reserves the right to add to or change these rules and reserves the right to refuse anyone and to require the departure of anyone, without refund, who fails to abide by resort policies. Guests/Occupants are expected to behave in a reasonable manner so as not to cause annoyance to others. Any person creating a public disturbance will be deemed a threat to themselves or others. Using profane or obscene languages, behaving in a drunk or disorderly manner, or displaying immoral or lewd behavior will not be tolerated. Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. Riverfront ATV Resort is not responsible for injuries or damage, which occur during activities, including but not limited to, trails, river or campground sites or common areas.

Waiver and Release: Riverfront ATV Resort is privately owned. Guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby agree to indemnify and release Riverfront ATV Resort, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, guests or fellow campers for all liability for loss and/or damage to property and/or injury to his/her person and/or any person(s) staying or visiting on site, arising out of guest’s use of Riverfront ATV Resort facilities. By confirming your reservation online, you acknowledge receipt of the rules & regulations and understand you are the responsible party for the safety and actions of your pets, children, guests and visitors, and their pets, if any. Responsibility includes payment upon demand for the cost of any damage as a result of their actions. Furthermore, you agree to adhere to the rules & regulations, the posted signs, and any additional policies provided, and you accept the responsibility to explain the same to your family members, guests and visitors.
