Refund Policy

No refunds or credits after check-in due to the discomforts of nature.

Day of or no show: no refund or credit

Refund policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation notice as follows:

With 14 or more day's notice of cancellation prior to scheduled check in, the cancellation fee will be 10% of any prepaid deposit or reservation charges, less the original booking fee.

With less than 14 day's notice of cancellation prior to scheduled check in, the cancellation fee will be 20% of any prepaid deposit or reservation charges, less the original booking fee.

For all reservations, in lieu of a refund, guest may choose to retain the full balance as a credit towards a future stay.  However, the credit must be used in the same calendar year. 

Semi-Annual and Annual Reservations:  Due to the significant discount given on semi-annual agreements, no refunds are given for early departure.  Refunds on annual reservations are based on the early departure terms agreed up when signing our extended stay agreements.

If a refund is due, the payment will be refunded using the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.  If original payment was made by credit card, the refund must be credited to the card used for payment.
