Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS –

Cancellation request are required in writing.

Cancellations for Daily/Weekly reservations:

Cancellations made at least 90 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a $25 processing fee, otherwise a $55 processing will be enforced for cancellations less than 90 days in advance of your reservation. Full refunds on reservations canceled within 24 hours of their purchase, provided the cancelation occurs at least 72 hours before the arrival date.  All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

Entire deposit will be forfeited for all no shows and reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations for Monthly reservations: 

Cancellations made at least 90 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a $25 processing fee, otherwise a $220 processing fee will be enforced for cancellations less than 90 days in advance of your reservation.  All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

Entire deposit will be forfeited for all no shows and reservation will be cancelled.
