PAYMENT POLICY: First night’s deposit is required excluding holiday weekends. 50% for holiday weekends. Credit card on file is required for the reservation at time of reserving. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Riverside Camp and Marina to bill your credit card for a deposit of at least the first night of the reservation, (excluding holidays, which is 50%), including any costs accrued while at the property, and any outstanding balances not paid at time of departure (including excessive cleaning on our part and any damage).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are subject to a minimum of $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made less than 7 days of scheduled check in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. No refunds for holiday weekends.

CHANGE POLICY: Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge. All subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.

CABINS ONLY: No pets allowed in cabins. No Smoking in Cabins. Linens are not furnished, please bring your own. Cabins are also subject to a cleaning fee if excessive cleaning is required. A credit card to cover excessive cleaning and/or damage will be required for check-in.

INHERENT RISK AGREEMENT:

Please read this document carefully before signing. By signing this liability waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

As a participant in activities related to the use of the campground and marina operated by Riverside Camp and Marina, I acknowledge that outdoor recreational activities, including but not limited to camping, boating, swimming, and fishing, involve inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of injury, death, or loss of property. These risks may include, but are not limited to; uneven or unstable grounds, insect or animal encounters, exposure to weather extremes, and moving bodies of water. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

I acknowledge that Riverside Camp and Marina has taken reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, but I understand that accidents and injuries can occur despite such efforts. Therefore, in consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities related to the use of the campground and marina, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Riverside Camp and Marina, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, death, or damage to property that may occur while participating in such activities, including but not limited to any negligence of the releasees.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney fees and expenses, arising out of my participation in the activities related to the use of the campground and marina, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.

I acknowledge that this liability waiver is binding and that I have signed it voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature. I further acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the terms of this waiver and that I fully understand its contents. Furthermore, I hereby warrant that as the person named on the reservation, I am authorized to sign for all members of my party, whether registered or not, while they are on the property as my guests, and I acknowledge that this waiver extends to them while they are at Riverside Camp and Marina.

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

I have read this liability waiver and understand its contents. I hereby agree to its terms and sign it of my own free will.
