Standard Guarantee Policy of 1 night room and tax deposit to guarantee booking
All changes or cancellations must occur no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee for tent and RV sites and a $50 fee for cabins. The remaining deposit balance will be refunded back to the credit card on file. Any cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit in the amount of 1 nights site fees plus applicable taxes.
Each reservation site can accomodate 1 vehicle to be parked within the reserved site boundary. You may contact the office directly to confirm if a second vehicle can fit within your reserved site however this is not guaranteed. If your second vehicle can be parked on property a $15 nightly fee will be applied to the reservation invoice.
First night deposit to be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
After you submit this form, your request will be processed and you will receive your booking confirmation immediately.
Check in time is 12 P.M. for Tent/RV sites & 3 P.M. for Cabins. Check out time for ALL units is 11 A.M a $100 late check out fee charge will be applied if you are still at the site past 11:30 A.M.
All cabins are non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee.
Our property is pet friendly. 2 pet maximum per unit. $5 per pet per night for Tent/RV sites - $30 per pet per night for Cabins. As a courtesy to our other guests, do not allow your dog to bark excessively.
Pets and service animals must be leashed and supervised at all times. A $200 fee will be charged to the card on file a pet is left unattended at the site. A pet agreement form must be signed upon registration on the arrival date.
All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation.
Quiet hours is 10 P.M.-8 A.M. - No music or loud voices permitted during these hours. No amplified sound or generators allowed at any time
Rates are based on occupancy. Rates listed are for 2 people and 1 vehicle per night. For Tent/RV sites, each additional occupant over 5 years old will incur a charge of $5 per night. For cabins, each additional occupant over 5 years old will incur a charge of $20 per night. Taxes apply.
There is a 5-person limit for all campsites and RV sites. Cabin occupancy limits vary depending on the site. Children 5 years of age and under are free in our lodging and sites, but they count toward the maximum number of people allowed. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
