Rivertown Campground, Vevay, Indiana
Campground Rules
Check in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Quiet hours shall be from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am.
All campground patrons and visitors must drive carefully and watch for children.
Speed limit within the campground is 5 mph.
Patrons nor guest shall have any outside laundry lines.
No rugs bigger than 3’x2’. It kills the grass and we want your site to look good for you and the next guest.
Tents are allowed, but with a maximum of one(1) tent per site and (1) vehicle per site.
There shall not be any ATV’s, dirt bikes, gas-powered moped or scooters operated within the campground. Golf carts are permitted if operated by a 16-year-old licensed driver. All vehicles must be driven on roadways and parked on your site. Golf carts must be registered and tag purchased at Town Hall. Fee is $25.00.
No generators shall be used within the campground.
Sewer and water hookup must be properly fitted and supported to prevent leaks.
There shall be only one(1) recreational vehicle and one(1) additional vehicle per site. Park on your assigned site. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. Additional parking is available it the overflow lot.
Moving from any assigned space must be authorized.
No person shall wash their recreational vehicle or other vehicles inside the campground.
Ground fires must be put in the fire rings. No open burns.
Pets must be up to date on their vaccinations.
Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
Pets must be on a leash at all times with a maximum length of eight(8) feet.
Pets must not disturb other patrons or guests.
Pets must not be left outside unattended, nor shall they be left in any vehicle to continually bark.
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund or camp credit. Any cancellation 8 or more days will have any money paid go towards camp credit.
Any money paid towards a cancelled reservation will be held as a Camp Credit. Camp Credit can be used within the same season (Memorial Day through the end of October) for a future reservation. Any camp credit will be forfeited at end of year.Management reserves the right to evict without prior notice to anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the policies. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any camping fee.
Fireworks and Firearms are prohibited.
No smoking in any buildings.
Trash pick-up at site between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. Please place trash at the end of site for easy access. Please tie bags completely closed. DO NOT LEAVE OUT OVERNIGHT.
No fishing in the Ohio River without an Indiana fishing license.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Rivertown Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rivertown Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Rivertown Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Rivertown Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.
Covid-19 Policy: Please follow all federal, state, and local health guidelines.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Rivertown Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
