CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS:
All cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. The remaining balance can be refunded or used as a credit for a future stay. If original payment has been made from Camp Credit, refunds will only return to your Camp Credit account. Once a balance becomes Camp Credit, it is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and will not expire. No refunds are given past the reservation start date.
There is NO refund or Camp Credit transfer if you are cancelling on the date of your reservation, or if you do not arrive for your reservation. NO refunds are given on or after the reservation date.
Camping is an outdoor activity - NO cancellations on or after the reservation date are issued refunds due to whims of nature.
There are no refunds given for no shows, early departures, or inclement weather.
To cancel your reservation, please open your reservation confirmation email and use the Order Details link to cancel online OR call Riverview Campsites at 814-594-6232.
