Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

• Effective March 20, 2025, the cancellation/refund policy as been updated.   Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.  Customers will be permited to request camp credit in lieu of a refund which will waive the cancellation fee.  Camp Credit will not expire and can only be applied to reservations at Riverview Park.  Unused Camp Credit is not refundable.   Refunds issued will be made via the original payment method.
