The Road Less Traveled RV Park
Welcome to The Road Less Traveled Campground in Delano, TN. For the enjoyment and safety of all guests, please adhere to the following comprehensive rules and regulations.

1. General Policies
• Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No noise or generator use is permitted during these hours.
• We welcome both short-term (overnight) and extended stays (month-to-month).
• All rigs must be 10 years or newer unless approved in advance. Rigs must be well maintained and free of visual or mechanical disrepair.
• Tent camping is allowed in designated areas only and limited to 7 consecutive nights unless otherwise approved.
· Site Changes: You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
· Party Size: RV Pad reservations are for a maximum of 5 guests (2 adults/3 children). More than two adults or additional guests above 5 will require additional fees.
· Cancelation Policy: We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
· For Campsites:
* 2 Weeks or more Notice: Refund minus the non-refundable $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit
*1 week or more Notice: 50% of reservation issued in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited
*Less than 1 Week Notice: Full reservation forfeited
2. Reservations, Rent & Payment
• Nightly stays must be paid in full at booking or check-in. Monthly guests must pay rent by the 1st of each month.
• A late fee of $25 per day will be charged for rent not received by the 3rd.
• Failure to pay by the 5th may result in eviction.
• No refunds for early departure.
3. Site Standards
• Sites must be kept neat, free from clutter and debris. RV must always be mobile and in working order.
• No permanent structures, excessive outdoor storage, tarps, or skirting without written approval. No clotheslines.
• Management reserves the right to inspect sites at any time.
4. Guests & Visitors
• All guests must register. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
• A $50 fine will be assessed for any unregistered overnight guest.
5. Pet Policy
• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. No aggressive breeds or excessive barking allowed.
• Pets are not to be left unattended outside or in the dog zone at any time.
• Clean up after your pet immediately. Failure to do so may result in a $25 fine.
6. Children & Supervision
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times including in the bathhouse, laundry and children’s zone.
• Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior.
7. Amenities
• Bathhouse: Two private stalls are available for registered guest use only. Please limit time during peak hours and clean up after use.
• Dog Park: Use at your own risk. Clean up required immediately. Aggressive dogs may be banned.
• Kid Zone: Children must be supervised. Use at your own risk.
• Laundry: Card-operated. Available 24/7 until further notice. Do not wash pet bedding. Remove items promptly.
8. Utilities & Generator Use
• Utility hookups must not be tampered with. Report any issues to management.
• In the event of a power outage due to an act of God or weather emergency, quiet generators may be used from 7 AM to 10 PM only.
• Generator use is permitted for a maximum of 14 consecutive days unless otherwise approved.
9. Drones
· Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.
10. Fireworks
· Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
11. Trash Removal
· The trash bin is located at the front the park near the entrance. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Woodland creatures like possums and raccoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visiting raccoon at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans.
12. Honey Wagon and Dump Station Service
· Monthly guests are offered a dump one time a week on Friday between 10:00am – 12:00pm. This service cost is included in their monthly fee.
· Daily and Weekly guests are welcomed to request a reservation for a dump service via the Honey Wagon. The costs for this is $20.
· A Dump station is available for registered guests. 1 dump per week is available at no additional costs.
· If additional services are needed, it is $20 per additional dump required above 1X per week.
