Roadrunner Travelers Campground, Terlingua, Texas

GENERAL INFORMATION - There are no bathroom or shower facilaties on the property.  You must be fully self contained. 

  • Check-In: After 1:00 PM

  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM 

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Use offireworks, firearms are not permitted in the park. Possession and use of any illegal substance is prohibited.  Bikes and ATV's are only allowed to be used on gravel roads in the park.

  • Fires are permitted in established fire pits only (as long as a burn ban is not in place).  Fires must be completely extinguished when unattended.  

  • Must leave campsite / campground clean upon departure - leave it as you found.  Please leave all landscaping as you found it, look but don't touch. (example: digging up plants, hanging items from trees, moving rocks, taking fossils, etc). 

  • All outdoor lighting should be turned off when not needed.  Please be respectful of our dark skies.  

  • Please conserve water; washing of vehicle or campers is prohibited, no pools, no dog washing, etc. 

  • Must check with management prior to putting any stakes in the ground - to prevent damage to pipes.

  • Generators are permitted at boondocking sites or if we experience a power outage.  Must be Under 60 decibels. Generators can not be used during quite hours. 

  • All personal property brought into the campground is at the registered camper’s risk and campground management shall bear no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of such property. All campers assume the responsibility of maintaining proper insurance on their camper & personal property. We are not responsible for any damage to any camper or personal property for any reason including an act of God (i.e. wind, lightning, hail, fallen branches, trees, embers that drift onto property, etc.) accident, fire or vandalism. 

  • Breaking any of our policies could result in management asking you to leave the property immediately and you would not be eligible for a refund. 

  • If applicable there will be a $25 fee charged before/upon your departure. 

    • Site cleaning fee:  if your site is not left as you found it when you arrived.  This includes any trash, sticks or debris, ashes left in your site; or movement of the large rocks that are around plants and utilities  

    • Pet Fee: if your pet's waste is not cleaned up or if any damage is caused by your pet (diging holes).

    • Late Check Out: if you depart past 11:00 AM without notice. Call in advance and we can try to accomodate you with no additional charge. 

  • Property Damage Fee: Any damage to games or other property throughout the park will be charged back to the responsible party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations without 20 days advance notice of your stay will not be refunded. This includes changing of dates or shortening your stay.  

  • Cancellations made 20 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded.  There will be a 10% cancellation fee applied.

  • No Refunds without 20 days notice. No exceptions. They will not be given due to the discomforts of nature, government shut downs, water/ power outages, your RV breaking down, health issues, your rental RV not being available; essentially anything out of our control.

  • All rates, specials, terms and policies are subject to change at any time without notice

 

 PET POLICY

  • We love pets! If your pet(s) are friendly, they are more than welcome at RoadRunner Travelers RV Park! 

  • Pet owners must have control of pets at all times. Your pet must be on a leash at all times.

  • Pets must be respectful of other campers, if issues arise, we might have to ask you to keep them in your camper or leave the premises.

  • Pet owners must pick up after your pet.  Please be respectful and help us keep our park clean by picking up after your pet.  

  • There will be a $25 charge if your pet's waste is not cleaned up or if any damage is caused by your pet.
