All vehicles must stop at the office and check in.You are renting a privilege to stay on our property. If that privilege is abused, you will be asked to leave without refund.

Fee charged covers one camping unit, one family(2 adults and their children),and one car per stay. Rates are subject to change without notice

CHECK IN IS 2PM AND CHECK OUT IS 12PM

Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.Please observe them, they will be enforced.

PETS MUST BE ON A NON-RETRACTABLE LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND THE LEASH MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF OWNER(NOT LOOSE DRAGGING BEHIND THE PET) CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED.

INSURANCE STATES ROYAL OAKS CANNOT ALLOW THE FOLLOWING DOGS ON OUR PROPERTY: PIT BULLS(AKA ST FRANCIS TERRIER, AMERICAN BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER) WOLF HYBRIDS, CHOWS, ROTTWEILERS, AKITAS, PRESA CANARIOS,DOBBERMANS.

IF YOUR DOG IS BARKING EXCESSIVELY YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND.

NO drunkeness or profanity will be tolerated. You willl be warned once. Those offending will be asked to leave without refund.

Day visitors must sign in at the Clubhouse/Office.

Campfires are permited in firepits only. Do not leave fire unattended. Extinguish fire when leaving.

Dispose of garbage nd recycling in designated cantainers either near the Clubhouse or in the dumpster in the circle driveway.

No Littering, Please keep the campground, woods and pond clean!

Preserve our trees! Do nut cut or drive nails or screws into the trees.

NO CARRY IN FIREWOOD

Firewood is sold in the Clubhouse.

Absoutely NO FIREWORKS!

NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN ANY BUILDING.

No golf cart, Power Wheels or excessively loud motorcycles.

No swimming or fishing in the pond at the time. We hope to restore its sandy bottom in the near future.

Management assumes no responsibilty for accidents,loss or injury.

Management reserves the right to tell anyone to leave Royal Oaks for any violations of rules or if problems are caused. There will be NO REFUNDS.
